5.	Approval of continuation of Light Up Navajo mutual aid for the weeks of May 3 and May 10.
6.	Approval of Integrated Resource Plan.
7.	Discussion and approval of MOU with Wasatch County.
8.	Discussion and decision on selection of architectural firm for design of office building.
9.	Update on Midway City CUP and discussion and possible decision on Midway City funding request.
10.	General Manager's Report.
11.	Staff Reports (as needed). 
12.	Annual review of General Manager performance (closed session to discuss personnel matters). Possible decision on adjustment to General Manager annual salary.
