1.	Welcome & Business 
Quorum will approve minutes from previous meetings. 

2.	Overview of Ongoing Cases
Staff will answer questions related to the overview of ongoing cases. 

3.	PacifiCorp Integrated Resource Plan
Staff will provide an overview of the filing and the utility's proposed action plan.

4.	Dominion Energy General Rate Case
Staff will provide an overview of the positions taken in the revenue requirement phase and the issues to be addressed in phase two.

5.	Closed Meeting: Pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-205 (1)(c): Strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.  

The dockets anticipated to be addressed are: Docket 19-035-02 PacifiCorp's 2019 Integrated Resource Plan, 19-057-02 Application of Dominion Energy Utah to Increase Distribution Rates and Charges and Make Tariff Modifications
