2015 Awards

2014 Awards

  • Utah.Gov was recognized with a 2014 Gold W3 Award from the International Academy of the Visual Arts. The W3 Awards honor outstanding Websites, Web Marketing, Web Video, and Mobile Apps.

  • The Department of Natural Resources’ Utah Hunting and Fishing mobile app was recognized with a MobileWebAward. The Web Marketing Association selected the as the Best Government Mobile application.

  • Utah.Gov was recognized with the Government Standard of Excellence award by the Web Marketing Association. The WebAward recognizes outstanding achievement in web development.

  • Utah.Gov was chosen by the Best of State Awards as the Best Web-Based Community. The Best of State Awards recognize outstanding individuals, organizations and businesses in Utah.

  • Horizon Interactive recognized Jobs.Utah.gov as a Bronze Award Winner. The Horizon Awards recognize excellence in interactive media production.

  • Utah.Gov was awarded the Davey Silver Award by The Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, which honors the best web, design, video, advertising and mobile worldwide.

  • The Web Marketing Association recognized Utah.Gov and Taxpayer Receipt as the Best Government Online Ad. The Web Marketing Association’s Internet Advertising Competition recognizes excellence in online advertising.

  • Utah.gov was recognized by the Center for Data Innovation for its open data policies. The center recognized six states (Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Oklahoma, and Utah) with its highest score.

  • Utah.Gov’s Bill Watch was recognized with an Honorable Mention from the Utah Innovation Awards. The awards program recognizes the high level of innovation taking place throughout the Utah.

  • Utah.gov was chosen as Best in Class for government websites by the Interactive Media Awards. The Interactive Media Awards recognize the highest standards of excellence in website design and development and honor individuals and organizations for their outstanding achievement.

  • The Public Technology Institute recognized Utah.gov as a winner of its 2014 Web 2.0 State & Local Government Award. The award recognizes local and state government best practices and excellence in the field of Web 2.0 and civic/social networking and citizen engagement.

  • The legislative website le.utah.gov was recognized as an Online Democracy Award winner by the National Association of Legislative Information Technology and the Legislative Information and Communications Staff Section at the National Conference of State Legislatures.
