9:30 a.m. - Discussion regarding Pharmacy issues
• Review survey results for Epinephrine for Non-Patient Specific Use.
• Report on the notification of physician intent to dispense.
• Discussion regarding definition of “extensive” compounding and adopting compounding rules consistent with CFR.
10:00 a.m. –James Ammon, re-licensure application (confirmed)

10:45 a.m. -Division E-Mails and Environmental Scan
• Review application submitted by Victoria Levinzon. Currently licensed in NJ but has not practiced as a Pharmacist since 2005.
11:30 a.m. -Drew Allen, DVM to discuss concerns about the increase in pharmacies stocking,
selling and promoting veterinary specific medications. (confirmed)
