Swear in new Board members Scott Bishop and Jeffrey Richards 4. Review and approve minutes dated September 19, 2012 5. Compliance report 6. Preliminary review of discussion items APPOINTMENTS: 9:30 A.M. - R. Craig Brown, probation interview 9:50 A.M. – Lance Mackie, probation interview 10:05 A.M. – Clayton McFall, probation interview DISCUSSION ITEMS: 10:30 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. 1. Investigation report 2. Proposal to amend land surveyor experience requirement in R156-22-302c and education requirement in R156-22-302b 3. Proposed amendments to definition of unprofessional conduct in R156-22-502 4. Consideration of how to address cases of applicant for professional engineer license without second person to verify supervised experience as required in R156-22-302b(1)(j) 5. Further definition of continuing education requirement in R156-22-304 6. Board survey of online disciplinary documents 7.
