An Emergency Suspension Hearing regarding a Massage Therapist License has been scheduled for June 6, 2012 9:00 a.m. Heber M. Wells Building 160 East 300 South Investigations Conference Room (first floor) Salt Lake City, Utah “Pursuant to Utah Code Ann § 52-4-204 and §52-4-205, the Division will be requesting that the meeting be closed to the public.”
