Herbert announced an agreement has been reached between the State of Utah and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on how Utah will run its health exchange. The new model bifurcates the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) component from the individual exchange.
SALT LAKE CITY - The Third District Judicial Nominating Commission has selected nominees for a vacancy on the district court. The vacancy results from the retirement of Judge Judith S.H. Atherton, effective August 1, 2013. The Third Judicial District includes Salt Lake, Summit and Tooele counties.
