To kickoff the first annual Governor's Outdoor Recreation Summit, Gov. Gary R. Herbert, the School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration (SITLA), and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will finalize the largest exchange of Utah land in over a decade. The students will perform a Christmas carol in Chinese for Governor and Mrs. Herbert.
